I made no changes, uninstall or reinstall programs or drivers. To fix this, you can follow these steps: Click onto "Start" Locate "Control Panel" & click it Click onto "Add / Remove Programs" (Win XP) or "Uninstall A Program" (Win 7) I suspect the problem is not going to be fixed, if it was fixable it would have been by now. Re-install the Audigy software from disk.

you might want to try something like a registry fixer or something to maybe clear out your administrator registry or maybe a reinstall of XP.. I can post the solution here or they can email me. Furthermore, a clean install of Windows will also quickly clean out any and all "junk" that has accumulated over the normal usage of your computer. Please let me know what you have tried.
